My wife and I wanted to leave a five star review for the collision center when it comes to Tyler and Killian providing superb service all the way through the process. Not once did I need to call in to see what was going on or where we were at in the process of getting my vehicle fixed-----Every few days I would get a text or a call updating me on where we are at and where we stand within the process. It was definitely a wonderful experience!!! And hopefully not, but if I have to go through something like this again, I would definitely bring it back to the Toyota collision center. Even the two ladies upfront at the desk were very nice and respectful and very helpful. I definitely give them five stars hands-down. Thank you collision team for all that you have done and all the help that you have given to get me back on the road safe and to get my car back to its original State💪🏼 💯

We had our 2025 Hyundai Palisade repaired at their shop. We had three different types of repairs/claims and Tyler did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop and informed about what was going on with the insurance companies. He also worked super hard to find a part for the window shield so we could get the car back before going out of town. We would highly recommend yall!

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I had 2 spots to repair. My car was done in 8 days. I was given updates almost every day. When I picked. It up, it was so clean!! They washed and vacuumed it for me, and somehow it smelled like a new car. Robert pulled the car around and had the AC going full blast. That's definitely appreciated in this Florida Spring (is it still spring? Feels like summer...) weather. Their customer service is amazing.

I want to give a BIG 5 Star review to the PB Collision Center for the repair of Fireball. Someone backed into the front of my Mini Cooper and these guys went above and beyond to find the parts to this ole gal (2008 vehicle) and not only put it all back together but also did a superb paint job on Fireball 🔥 Thank you as Fireball looks BRAND NEW and gets compliments everywhere we motor on to!

After an accident, I chose Peter Boulware to repair the rear passenger side of my truck. The repair process took approximately 60 days, which already felt excessive. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the replaced trim was not flush with the surrounding pieces. You could visibly see yellow adhesive underneath, as if it had been hot glued on. I pointed this out at pickup, and the employee I spoke with said she would document it and have someone contact me. Weeks went by with no follow-up, so I eventually called and stopped by in person. By that time, the trim had worsened to the point that it was dragging on the ground, and we had to zip-tie it just to keep it attached. They said they would order grommets (?) to keep the rubber piece from dragging. I never haven’t heard from them since. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor workmanship, I was told that my children must have caused the damage while getting in and out of the truck, despite the issue being present from day one and previously documented. Now, about a year later, the very same piece I complained about has completely fallen off my truck. I refuse to step foot in this business again. This ha
